- Ajouter ensuite l'aquafaba 3 cs à la fois on mélange et ainsi de suite. - Mettre au four à 150°C pendant environ 35 mn. - Éteindre ensuite le four en laissant le gâteau refroidir dedans porte entrouverte.
- Mettre au frigo pendant au moins 8 h
